| "We live on 10 acres. There are many so called weeds growing on the property and as I have been drawing plants for many years I decided to try to print them by taking the flowers/plant material, putting it between a folded sheet of BFK paper and rolling it through the etching press. As far as I know it does not have a name - it's just a very direct approach. The results are hit or miss as some of the plants have a lot of moisture in them, which leads to bleeding of the 'juice', which can work well or overwhelm the finished print." Liz Jeneid | |
